Homework Assignments: Between sessions, you will have homework assignments to reinforce learning and practice new skills. These assignments will involve readings, assessments, videos, and journaling)
Supportive Environment: I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Post-program support: Ongoing support and check-ins for three months post-program to help you maintain your progress and achieve lasting results.
