How I Got Started
My coaching journey began long before I ever called it a career. In my corporate leadership roles, colleagues would come to me during pivotal moments – seeking clarity, perspective, and a plan. Before long, one even started asking before key meetings, “What would Andrea do?”
That trust, paired with decades of experience leading global teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, lit a spark in me. I realized my greatest impact came from helping others step into their potential. So I pursued advanced coaching certifications and earned a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership, with a focus on unlocking human potential.
